This book tells the story of José Man, a multifaceted man who adopted our land and whose philosophy of life has inspired generations of Cascalenses.
If there's one thing José Man firmly believes in, it's that the union between body and spirit is essential for a full, balanced and stimulating life. In pursuit of this goal, all the experiences and challenges he has faced have transformed his journey into a process of continuous learning that has allowed him to achieve a remarkable level of self-knowledge, guided by the values of integrity, freedom, solidarity and respect for all living beings.
